How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your account (Settings, then Account). Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. Full wording: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds if you change your mind or don't use Pro. Duplicate or wrong charges, and charges after you cancelled, are refunded in full, and so is a month in which a problem on our side stops Pro from working and we haven't fixed it within 3 days of you telling us. If we end the service, we refund unused prepaid time. This doesn't limit your rights under consumer law. Otherwise payments are final, so try the Free plan first (no card needed). What does “daily snapshot” mean?
Where daily prices are not yet running, the pricing tools show sample or previously saved prices, labelled as such.
Why is the pricing board sometimes empty?
It only lists a gap when one exists. A pricing discrepancy shows up when a sportsbook’s price is better than the market’s fair price. Most days none clears the minimum. For cross-market pricing, sportsbooks price each side so the total stays above 100%. A gap appears only when two books disagree, and it closes when prices move.

What if the price tools are not offered in my province or state?
Your location decides which tools you get. The pricing-comparison tools and the position-sizing calculator are offered only in some provinces and states (see the list). Everywhere else we serve, Pro includes everything else on this page, at the same price. We may add or remove places, or tools in a place, when laws change. If a change removes something you pay for, you may cancel and we refund unused prepaid time.
